OVERCOMING THE NEGATIVE THOUGHT


A technique that helps me is Hooponopono, Dr Len taught me that every time I cross a negative thought or fear or have to meet someone that I feel uncomfortable around, say in silence, SORRY, I LOVE YOU.

1.Each time you see yourself thinking a negative thought, say "thanks for sharing" and think positive.

2.Be aware that you injure yourself with negative thoughts.

3.Read positive statements dating for more inspiration.

4.If you think negatively about someone, try to find positive things about the person. Just make a list of the good qualities of that person.

5.Walk in nature. Breathe fresh air into your lungs. Look around you look and feel for all the aromas and natural beauty of the world. Feel your muscles working.

6.Accept yourself as you are. Change the things you can change and always strive for the betterment of yourself, but do not think you need to be someone who is not.

7.Remember, if you are stuck in negative thoughts, you have to re-program your mind to have a positive flow of consciousness. You must be patient and give yourself time. Think positively about learning to think positively.
